These instructions apply to IE, Firefox to follow.
1. After clicking on the download you will see the following dialogue box, click Open:
2. Then click Install Certificate...
3. then click Next >
4. At the Certificate Import Wizard dialogue box check the Place all certificates in the following store, then click Browse...
4. a) from the Select Certificate Store dialogue box, select Trusted Root Certification Authorities, then clock OK
4. b) You return to the Certificate Import Wizard dialogue box, click Next >
5. At the last Certificate Import Wizard dialogue box, click Finish
Lastly you will be asled to confirm if you want to install the certificate - remember to check the thumbprint
Your certificate is now in your Root trust store, if you want to
check, the quickest and easiest way is to hold down the windows key 
and press the R key
then type certmgr.msc
you will then be presented with the Certificate Manager, scroll down and you'll find the HindWire Root CA 1 certificate, double click on it and you will be presented with the certificate you saw in 2. above.
